All papers which are accepted after reviews will be published in the form of extended abstracts in the Book of Abstract. Authors will prepare and separately submit extended Abstracts according to Extended Abstract template on congress.mvm@kg.ac.rs. Maximum length of extended Abstract is two A4 pages. Book of Abstracts will be printed before Congress.


Papers once accepted will be published in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering

Papers published in IOP Conference Series must meet IOP Publishing terms https://publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org/author-guidelines-for-conference-proceedings/.

Papers published through IOP Conference Series will be published online with open‐access and indexed in Scopus, Ei Compendex, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec, etc.


Scientific Board will call Authors of selected Extended Abstracts to publish paper in Journal Mobility & Vehicle Mechanics.

Registration fee covers attendance in Congress sessions, Congress Proceedings and Certificate of Attendance. The registration fee for participants is 18000,00 RSD (150 EUR) and is mandatory for submitted paper regardless of the outcome of the review.
