The standard conference fee is 150€ and covers the costs of:

Printed Book of Abstracts, e-Congress proceedings, Certificate of Attendance, Congress materials, refreshments and coffee during the breaks and official dinner.

Doctoral students have a 50% discount on participation fee as the first authors of the paper.



Co-author/accompanying person fee is 70€ and includes:

Conference material, participation in the conference, refreshments and coffee during the breaks and official dinner.

The payment instructions/a pro-invoice, will be sent to the corresponding author with the notification about paper acceptance.
